What is the Healthy Hearts Academy?

I designed the Healthy Hearts Academy to build a community for people living with or at risk of heart conditions. Cardiovascular disease remains the biggest cause of death worldwide.

There is now enough research and evidence to show how we can beat it which I have brought together to form the Healthy Hearts Academy.

The academy consists of exercises & learning resources to help either people recovering from a heart event or preventing heart disease.
