Classes & Personal Training
I run exercise classes across the Vale of Glamorgan. They are designed for anyone with heart problems or for anyone wanting to improve their cardiovascular health and general fitness.
The classes are circuit based, involving body weight exercises and a few weight exercises. Everybody works at their own pace. This can be from a seated level all the way up to a challenging advanced circuit.
Classes are run in local town halls and community centres. I try to steer away from a gym environment to build a community where everyone feels comfortable and can work at their own pace.

I also offer 1:1 sessions for anyone seeking a more personal touch. This can be for anyone recovering from a heart event or for anybody looking to improve their general health and fitness. I tend to keep the 1:1 sessions circuit based, however the programme I design for you will be suited to your needs and your goals, whether this is weight loss, improving stamina or generally becoming fitter.
The whole idea is for me to show you ways to implement exercise into your lifestyle. This can be in the gym or for those who are not gym bunnies, this can be from the comfort of your living room or garden.
I charge £30 per session or for a block of 10 sessions £270.
