FAQs
How do I pay?
The Healthy Hearts memberships is £23 a month for one class per week or £34 for unlimited classes per month.
What happens in a class?
There is a 10 minute warm up at the start of each class, we then have a circuit element involving between 8-12 exercises for up to 90 seconds on each one. These are a variety of body weight, dumbbell, resistance bands and cardiovascular exercises which are different each week. We have a break in the middle for chit chat and drink before completing the second round. To finish there is a 10 minute cool down. Everybody works at their own pace and the social aspect is just as important as the physical one. Heart rate is monitored throughout the class.
I don’t have a heart problem, can I still attend?
Absolutely! Healthy Hearts has become a community for people with heart problems but also a community for people looking for regular exercise and to look after their health.
